Baykar said a flight trial in northwestern Türkiye showed operators could steer two first-person-view (FPV) drones through a communications link carried by a Bayraktar TB2 aircraft during the exercise.

Baykar said the aircraft left the Kesan Flight Training and Test Center, which is in Edirne province, with 16 FPV drones developed by Skydagger aboard. It released two over the test area, and both hit their targets, Baykar said.

The trial involved both a communications test and a target strike, according to the company. Operators guided the FPV drones through the TB2 link, and the two released aircraft struck targets. Edirne province was the aircraft’s departure point; Baykar placed the flight trial in northwestern Türkiye.
