HOUSTON, March 30, 2017 -- Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:BLCM) today announced the closing, on March 29, 2017, of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock, including 750,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares, at a public offering price of $12.00 per share. The aggregate offering size was approximately $69.0 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
Citigroup and Jefferies acted as lead book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities, Ladenburg Thalmann, Raymond James and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey acted as co-managers.
