Belterra Park Gaming Announces start of Live Racing Season

CINCINNATI, April 13, 2017 -- Belterra Park Gaming will begin its 2017 thoroughbred racing season Friday, April 28, with weekly races Thursday – Sunday until Labor Day, then will race Thursdays – Saturday until Oct. 8. Belterra Park Gaming's first day of the 2017 live season starts April 28 Belterra Park Gaming's annual wiener dog races are as fun for the dogs as they are for the spectators. Belterra Park Gaming will be adding a toy dog breed category to its annual wiener dog races this year.

In addition to a special opening ceremony and first race on April 28, Belterra Park Gaming will kick off its Family Fun Day series with its annual wiener dog races Sunday, April 30, immediately following the conclusion of live racing. To let more dog families in on the fun, guests may enter their toy breed dogs for a special section of racing against other breeds. The races are free and open to public; guests may register their dogs for racing by visiting belterrapark.com.
