A Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) estimate puts U.S. aid to Israel above $300 billion since 1948, as President Donald Trump has said annual aid would end by year-end.

Trump made the statement in a Fox News interview. His comments concerned annual assistance, while the CFR estimate covers the longer period since 1948. An earlier EconoTimes report on Trump's aid statement covered his remarks.
