ADVISORY, Nov. 09, 2017 -- In a release issued under the headline "Nasdaq to Celebrate Veterans Day with the Nasdaq Stock Market Opening Bell" earlier today by Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ), please note that the release is regarding the ringing of the Closing Bell, not the Opening Bell as previously stated. The corrected release follows:

Nasdaq to Celebrate Veterans Day with the Nasdaq Stock Market Closing Bell

What: 
Joined by companies that have pledged to support veterans through hiring initiatives at their organizations, Nasdaq will honor and thank U.S. veterans for their services.   

In honor of the occasion, Justin Constantine, Lieutenant Colonel, US Marine Corps (Ret), will ring the Closing Bell. 

In addition to the bell ceremony, executives from 50 companies will join a dynamic panel discussion on veterans hiring and retention, moderated by Eric Eversole, vice president at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and president of Hiring Our Heroes.
