Casio Computer Co. will soon release the GM-B2100GD-9A, which features a full-metal design with an iconic octagonal bezel, as the latest addition to the G-SHOCK brand of shock-resistant watches.
The 2100 line, now offered in a stunning new yellow-gold hue with the GM-B2100GD-9A, has a distinctive octagonal bezel and slim, simple design that has proven to be globally popular.
The new GM-B2100GD-9A has a yellow-gold IP not only to the bezel and band but even to minute facets of the design such as the side buttons and screws.
Accents in a hue similar to yellow gold are applied to highlight components, including the index marks and hands, that stand out against the black dial, giving the watch a chic impression.
The new watch offers practical value with its Tough Solar charging mechanism that does away with the need to frequently change the battery. Also, it has the Mobile Link feature*, which when coupled with a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, allows for a precise timekeeping display, simple alarm setting, world time setting, and other capabilities.
The new watch goes on sale on March 10.
