This chart from Bloomberg shows 3-month JPY-USD basis swap and EUR-USD basis swap, which is the cost to convert yen and euro denominated liabilities to the dollar. For the yen, the swap spread rose to 92 basis points highest since at least 2011, when the data compilation began and for the euro it reached 62 basis points, the highest level since the European debt crisis in 2012.
