New Balance will globally launch its latest drop on Coco CG1, the 'Twisted Net' colorway that puts more spin on performance on May 28.
The latest Coco CG1 was inspired by the tennis net but with an artistic spin, taking Gauff’s love of warping the net found on a tennis court with cyberspace.
Incorporating flashes of crisp blues and greens, the Twisted Net colorway is a futuristic, edgy twist to Coco’s signature shoe.
The New Balance CG1 is meant to transcend the worlds of sport and fashion.,
The performance tennis shoes feature a mid-cut silhouette that takes cues from retro models of the 1990s and is fused with New Balance’s most innovative technology and design details.
Gauff worked closely with the New Balance design team to make sure the importance of family was at the forefront of her creative inspiration, as well as her desire to drive the next generation.
The shoe is available on the New Balance website and select retailers for a suggested retail price of $170.
