New York (August 7th, 2017) – LongFin Corp., an ever-evolving Global Non-Bank Fintech Alternative Finance company specializing in Structured Trade Finance powered by Technology (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), today announced a Regulation A+ initial public offering that allows any investor the opportunity to invest in the Company’s vision with the aim to raise $50 Million at $5.00 per share for by way of sale of 10 Million Class A shares of its common stock.
