(OTCQB:COSM) (“Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement with Marathon Global Inc. to source and procure medical cannabis products and their derivatives for clients of Cosmos in approved Countries in Cosmos’ distribution network of approximately 35,000 pharmacies across Europe.
“Marathon Global is superbly positioned within the global Cannabis industry and views the underserviced European market as a tremendous opportunity,” says Gavin Treanor, Marathon Global CEO. “We intend to provide a significant distribution channel to Canadian Licensed Producers while ensuring that only premium product is provided to Cosmos customers,” states Gavin Treanor.

The completion of the transaction is subject to and conditional upon the terms of the definitive agreement being met.
