SAN MATEO, Calif., April 11, 2017 -- Coupa Software Incorporated (NASDAQ:COUP), a leader in cloud-based spend management, today announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten public offering of 4,407,029 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $25.25 per share. A total of 298,564 shares are being offered by Coupa and a total of 4,108,465 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on April 18, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. Coupa will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders. In addition, Coupa has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 661,054 shares of common stock from Coupa at the public offering price less the underwriting discount.
