SAN MATEO, Calif., April 03, 2017 -- Coupa Software Incorporated (NASDAQ:COUP), a leader in cloud-based spend management, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of its common stock. A portion of the shares to be sold in the offering will be sold by existing stockholders of Coupa Software, and a portion of the shares will be sold by the company. Coupa Software will not receive any proceeds from the shares sold by existing stockholders. The number of shares to be sold and the allocation of the shares between existing stockholders and the company have not yet been determined.
