Slated for delivery this November, the new, Class A, speculative industrial building will offer an additional 115,176 square feet of space to the two buildings Dalfen owns and manages in the business park. The rear-load facility with 32-foot clear height, designed by Macgregor Associates Architects, will include up to 155 car parking spaces, 26 dock doors and two drive in doors, and is expected to attract consumer goods distributors, e-commerce companies and light manufacturers. The development site is located across the street from a Walmart Super Center and near numerous restaurants and amenities.
