Rory Manchee, data and information executive has joined Melbourne-based blockchain technology vendor Brave New Coin (BNC) as the new head of business development.
Manchee was previously at S&P Capital IQ where he was a managing director. He was responsible for a portfolio of credit and fixed income data products in Asia Pacific, and served as the Responsible Officer for Evaluated Pricing, bravenewcoin.com reported.
With his new role as a part of blockchain industry, he said in his statement, “Working together with our growing list of partners, I will be responsible for evolving the BNC product offering to support the demands of institutions working with Digital Assets.”
Manchee reports to Fran Strajnar, BNC chief executive and works closely with the CIO Lawrie Dipple and CTO James McNickel on strategy and product development.
Manchee’s LinkedIn profile shows that he has joined BNC in April 2016. He was a business development consultant of financial services at Roy Morgan Research and strategy, business development and consultant at Bravo Consulting Group as well as a member of the advisory board at Itours, Australia.

Manchee said that the blockchain based company BNC is providing the market data tools to support trading and investment decisions by brokers, hedge funds and asset managers across multiple digital currencies. He also added saying that the company has the capability to design and build blockchain solutions for a variety of applications.
