‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ chapter 204, 205 spoilers: How Nezuko’s blood helped Tanjiro transform back into a human

The “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 204 release date will finally arrive in a couple of days. But for those who just can’t wait, here are the spoilers about the upcoming manga installment based on scans uploaded online.

“Demon Slayer” chapter 204 will be titled “A World Without Demons,” which is appropriate considering that Muzan’s consciousness faded into oblivion in the previous chapter. There is a time skip introduced as it starts 3 months after the events in the previous chapter, which can be read on Mangaplus.

Even after three months of recuperation, Tanjiro still has not fully healed yet. He still can’t clench one of his hands into a fist and he can’t feel anything below his elbow. His right eye still can’t see even after it regenerated when Muzan tried to turn him into a demon.

Tanjiro apologizes for biting Nezuko when he turned into a demon. However, ingesting some of his sister’s blood actually worked to his favor and helped prevent him from totally turning into Muzan’s successor.

Nezuko’s blood already contains antibodies that helped prevent Muzan’s cells from taking over Tanjiro’s body. It was boosted further by Shinobu’s medicine which helped him fight off Muzan’s cells.

As stated in the previous “Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 204 spoilers, the upcoming chapter will reveal that the Demon Slayer Corps will be disbanded. With no more demons around, it is probably best for the remaining Pillars to return back to a more normal lifestyle.

Kanao, who was injured when injecting Tanjiro with the medicine, will be shown as alive in “Demon Slayer” chapter 204. The surprising thing is that Obanai’s pet snake will be with her. Sadly, Obanai will not be making his appearance suggesting that he indeed perished.

Yushirou told Tanjiro that his aptitude as a demon is even greater than Nezuko and Muzan’s. He developed immunity in a mere instant and would have been problematic has he turned into a full-fledged demon. After briefly chatting with Tanjiro, Yushirou left along with Tamayo’s cat.

There were also a lot of old characters making their respective cameo appearances in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 204. Sadly, the hit manga series will finally be ending soon. In fact, the last chapter will be “Demon Slayer” chapter 205, which will arrive later this month.
