(“Dentsply Sirona”) (NASDAQ:XRAY), The Dental Solutions CompanyTM, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0875 per share of common stock, an indicated annual rate of $0.35 per share. This represents a 12.9% increase from the prior annual rate of $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable on April 13, 2017 to holders of record on March 31, 2017.
