DURHAM, N.C., Feb. 22, 2018 -- Dova Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:DOVA), a pharmaceutical company focused on acquiring, developing and commercializing drug candidates for rare diseases where there is a high unmet need, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $32.00, for total gross proceeds of approximately $80.0 million. All of the shares in the offering will be sold by Dova. In addition, Dova has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is expected to close on February 27, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Jefferies LLC and Evercore Group L.L.C. are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
