India's ESDS Software Solution Limited is targeting $5 billion in annual revenue within five fiscal years while expanding GPU rentals, Chairman and Managing Director Piyush Somani told Mint.
Somani told Mint that a 1% share of an unspecified market over the next five years would put annual revenue above $5 billion. Mint estimated that reaching the target would require revenue to grow about 2.5 times in each of those years. The interview did not identify which market Somani meant.
ESDS reported revenue from operations of ₹4.72 billion for fiscal 2026, the year ended March 31, 2026, up from ₹3.61 billion in fiscal 2025. Its prospectus lists Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) at 43.88% of fiscal 2026 revenue, managed services at 41.21% and Software as a Service (SaaS) at 14.91%. GPU-as-a-service revenue is not listed separately.
A SharonAI Holdings Inc. filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission names its subsidiary SAI AU NO.2 PTY LTD as provider under a 60-month order. The order covers access to 8,208 NVIDIA B300 graphics processors and 17.83 petabytes of storage. The filing gives an approximate value of $1.26 billion; the detailed schedule totals $1.264 billion. It names Spochub Solutions Private Limited and ESDS Cloud FZ-LLC as customers and resellers, with ESDS Software Solution Limited as their parent, but discloses no end-customer receipts.
The service order requires the two customer entities to provide $140 million in letters of credit or bank guarantees. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and payable within 30 days of an invoice. The customers cannot terminate for convenience during the first 36 months, subject to specified exceptions. The contract value describes the supplier-side order, not the customers' resale receipts.
ESDS raised ₹7.2 billion in its September IPO and earmarked ₹5.76 billion for cloud-computing equipment and data-center infrastructure. Somani told Mint that GPU rentals could account for nearly 75% of revenue in the near term and cited power availability as a constraint on expansion.
ESDS's prospectus sets expected data-center openings in Kolkata by the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2027 and in Sahibabad by the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2028.
