PHILADELPHIA, April 18, 2016 -- ESM Productions, led by Executive Producer Scott Mirkin, today announced its partnership with Roc Nation. Through the partnership, Scott Mirkin will serve as president of ESM Productions, while working with Roc Nation on many large-scale events, concerts, and live stream festivals.
