(NASDAQ:FHB) (the “Company”) announced today that the underwriters of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 25,000,000 shares of common stock have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 3,750,000 shares of its common stock at $32.00 per share. The shares were sold by an affiliate of BNP Paribas, the Company’s parent. The exercise of the underwriters’ option closed on February 17, 2017.
