Fans are looking forward to "Food Wars" season 4 after the third season ended earlier this year. The anime is also known as “Shokugeki no Soma” and here are some of the things we know about the show.
Plot
"Food Wars" season 4 will still be about the two teams competing. Each one will try their best to win and send their opponents home. Soma will remain at the top and his creativity in cooking will always amaze everyone. He is likely to bank on this aspect to win against his rival chefs.
Air Date
"Food Wars" season 4 is likely to premiere this year. As per Toribaze, since “Yon no Sara” has no schedule of release this year so this raised the chances of the fourth installment of “Food Wars” to arrive this year. Fans can expect the anime to come out in summer or fall this year.
It was also mentioned that the show is usually released during summer so probably, the air date for “Food Wars” season 4 is leaning more on this season or in June. If this is the case, fans should watch out for the announcement that may come any time now.
Moreover, according to OtakuKart, "Food Wars" season 4 or “Shokugeki no Soma” season 4 will still be produced by J.C. Staff that also handled the previous installment. The group also manages other anime like “One Punch Man” that has been scheduled to debut in April and because of this, it is possible for “Food Wars” to be delayed as well.
Finally, the promo video for “Food Wars” season 4 showed the next big thing that will happen in the story. It is a short preview but confirmed that Soma and Hayama will have a big showdown and the winner would be known when the anime series airs.
