The cooking competition between the Rebels and the Central is certainly heating up as the 2nd Bout will reach its conclusion on “Food Wars” season 4, episode 3. Anime-only fans should be warned that the next scenes will not be as pleasant as they hope, but the Rebels will look forward to a much better 3rd Bout.
‘Food Wars’ season 4 episode 3 release date, spoilers: What’s up next for the Rebels?
Before this article goes any further, be warned that this will contain heavy spoilers about the next events of the ongoing Regiment de Cuisine. The second installment made it obvious that “Food Wars” season 4, episode 3, will focus on wrapping up the 2nd Bout. The episode title, “Hope in Solidarity,” suggests that there will be a sneak peek into the Rebels’ strategy for the next round.
The second episode ended in quite an awkward part, leaving the result of the Tsukasa and Kuga’s duel in “Food Wars” season 4, episode 3. The Azami Nakiri-controlled Central has dominated the 2nd Bout with Kobayashi and Saito winning unanimously against Megishima and Mimasaka, respectively. While Kuga is very confident about his dish, he will eventually lose to Tsukasa allowing the Central to claim the second round of the competition totally.
These losses will be difficult for the Rebels, especially to Kuga and Mimasaka. But, overall, the Rebels will have a positive outlook and will immediately prepare for the 3rd Bout. “Food Wars” season 4, episode 3, will likely focus on showing a sequence from the manga where Erina leads their team’s meeting to strategize who among the remaining Rebels should go up for the 3rd Bout.
There is a chance for “Food Wars” season 4, episode 3, to cover all the events before 3rd Bout starts. Meanwhile, fans should expect these following matchups: Soma vs. Saito; Takumi vs. Eizan; and Megumi vs. Momo.
