Franklin brings more than 16 years of experience to the new role, which will enable him to provide employers and their employees with convenient access to care, helpful savings and encourage happier, healthier lifestyles. Prior to joining :DP, Franklin worked as a Relationship Manager with Mercer and Senior Executive at UnitedHealthcare. He also worked in underwriting at CIGNA and UnitedHealthcare, analyzing overall financial risk to competitively price benefit plans for clients.
Aside from his underwriting, account and relationship management experience, Franklin has been recognized for his commitment to the community. He is an actively involved in Leadership Broward Foundation, Feeding South Florida and Junior Achievement of South Florida. He currently sits on the Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management Board of Directors.
