Actress Kristen Bell who plays Anna in the upcoming “Frozen 2” Disney movie recently teased some details with regards to the flick and what it is about. Basically, she notes how this is meant to be a film about the real story that needs to be told regarding the sisters. The first animated flick was basically just a teaser on a more personal level. The sequel is going to be more epic in scope.
Speaking to food goddess Rachel Ray, the actress mentioned that this is not just the animators wanting to cash in on the first film by telling just any story about the two princesses. “Frozen 2” is the adventure that they need to go on because it involves tapping into their own internal struggles and pain. This makes sense since the current assumption regarding the plot of the movie has to do with the search for their parents.
"I can say, you'll see the original characters and maybe... more," Kristen Bell said and then later adding about the animators, "They were very concerned with, 'Let's not just make episode two of Frozen. Let's make the next story that needs to be told in these girls' lives, in the life of Arendelle'."
For those who may have missed the teaser trailer, they can watch the clip below. It basically hints that “Frozen 2” will be about the two girls running off on a grand adventure outside their kingdom. There appear to be hints with regards to their parents when they were young, as well, with the mother potentially possessing powers.
As things stand, “Frozen 2” is expected to address many of the issues that viewers had with the first movie. More than that, parents may have yet another hit song to contend with when the movie comes to theatres on Nov. 22.
