TEMPLE CITY, Calif., Sept. 28, 2016 -- Fulgent Genetics announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,200,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $9.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. Fulgent Genetics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 630,000 shares from the company at the same price. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on September 29, 2016, under the ticker symbol “FLGT.” The offering is expected to close on October 4, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is serving as lead manager and BTIG, LLC is serving as co-manager.
