New York, NY, Oct. 02, 2017 -- Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated provider of temporary furnished apartments and corporate housing, announced today that the company was awarded the 2017 Platinum Commitment to Excellence Award from Cartus Corporation. The annual award is presented to relocation service providers for excellence in service delivered throughout the past year.
This achievement marks the seventh time Furnished Quarters has won the Commitment to Excellence Award. The Platinum Award marks the highest level of achievement for service, recognizing Cartus Global Network members who obtain 95% or higher overall satisfaction levels in the area of guest services. These results are gathered directly from guest surveys received by Cartus following stays with the corporate housing provider.
“Our operations and guest services delivery teams should be commended for delivering a superior guest experience,” said Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer of Furnished Quarters. “We are honored to accept this prestigious affirmation from our trusted partner, Cartus.”
The award was received at the Cartus Global Network Awards held in Chicago, IL on September 26, 2017. The awards ceremony was part of the 2017 Cartus Global Network Conference, an annual event that brings together the top service providers worldwide for networking and educational opportunities.
Cartus is a global relocation company specializing in employee relocation, including home sale and home purchase, household goods shipping, property management, rental and temporary housing and spouse/partner career transition assistance.
