Data released so far:
- Australia: Unemployment rate declined to 5.6 percent despite participation rate edging up to 65.1 percent. Employment increased by 27,900.
Upcoming:
- France: Second quarter ILO unemployment report will be published at 5:30 GMT.
- Germany: Wholesale price inflation report will be published at 6:00 GMT.
- United Kingdom: July retail sales report will be published at 8:30 GMT.
- Eurozone: July consumer inflation numbers will be released at 9:00 GMT, followed by trade balance report at 10:00 GMT.
- United States: Weekly jobless claims report will be published at 12:30 GMT, along with Philadelphia Fed manufacturing survey, and followed by July industrial production report at 13:15 GMT. EIA will release weekly natural gas inventory report at 14:30 GMT. Fed’s Kaplan is scheduled to speak at 16:30 GMT.
