- Australia: Consumer inflation expectations rose to 4.3 percent in January. Unemployment rate for December came at 5.8 percent.
Upcoming:
- Switzerland: Producer and import prices for December will be released at 8:15 GMT.
- Eurozone: Current account balance for November will be released at 9:00 GMT. ECB will announce monetary policy decision at 12:45 GMT, followed by the press conference at 13:30 GMT.
- United States: Housing starts for December, along with building permits will be released at 13:30 GMT. Weekly jobless claims report will be released at 13:30 GMT. Philadelphia Fed manufacturing for January will be released at 13:30 GMT. EIA will weekly natural gas inventory report at 15:30 GMT and crude oil inventory report at 16:00 GMT.
- Canada: Manufacturing shipments data for November will be released at 13:30 GMT.
