Upcoming:

  • Germany: GFK consumer confidence will be released at 6:00 GMT.
  • Switzerland: UBS consumption indicator for August will be reported at 6:00 GMT. KOF leading indicator for September will be released at 7:00 GMT.
  • France: Consumer confidence is due at 6:45 GMT.
  • Italy: Consumer and business confidence for September will be released at 8:00 GMT, followed by wage inflation report for August at 9:00 GMT.
  • United States: MBA mortgage applications report will be released at 11:00 GMT, followed by durable goods orders at 12:30 GMT. Fed’s Yellen is scheduled to testify before banking and financial services committee at 14:00 GMT. Fed’s Bullard is scheduled to speak at 14:10 GMT. Fed’s Evans is scheduled to speak at 17:30 GMT, Mester at 20:35 GMT, and George at 23:15 GMT.         EIA will release crude oil inventory report at 14:30 GMT.
  • Eurozone: ECB president Draghi is scheduled to speak at 13:30 GMT.
  • Japan: Retail trade details will be released at 23:50 GMT.
