- Australia: Private sector credit grew 0.7 percent in December, up 5.6 percent from a year ago.
- Japan: BoJ kept monetary policy unchanged with interest rate at -0.1 percent. Vehicle production rose 4.2 percent y/y. Construction orders rose 7.1 percent y/y. Housing starts rose by 3.9 percent y/y.

- France: Fourth quarter flash GDP number will be released at 6:30 GMT. Flash consumer price inflation numbers for January and producer price inflation numbers for December will be published at 7:45 GMT.
- Germany: Retail sales numbers for December will be published at 7:00 GMT. Unemployment report for January will be published at 8:55 GMT.
- Spain: Flash HICP inflation numbers will be released at 8:00 GMT. Current account balance for November will be published at 9:00 GMT.

- United States: Employment cost index for fourth quarter will be published at 13:30 GMT, followed by S&P Case/Shiller home price report at 14:00 GMT, Chicago PMI at 14:45 GMT, and consumer confidence at 15:00 GMT.
- Canada: Raw material price, industrial product price, and December GDP, all will be published at 13:30 GMT.
- New Zealand: Fourth quarter unemployment report will be released at 21:45 GMT.
- Australia: AiG manufacturing index will be released at 22:30 GMT.
