(Nasdaq:GTHX), a clinical-stage oncology company, today announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 3,910,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $29.50, including 510,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. G1 Therapeutics received approximately $108.4 million in proceeds from the offering, net of underwriting discounts and commissions, but before estimated offering expenses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC served as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC and Wedbush Securities Inc. acted as lead managers for the offering. BTIG, LLC acted as co-manager for the offering.
