Gary Hamel Announced as Opening Keynote Speaker for UNLEASH America

Las Vegas, NV - April 11, 2018 - UNLEASH America (formerly HR Tech World), the fastest-growing international show on the Future of Work & Technology, announced that Gary Hamel, one of the world's most influential business thinkers, author and Professor at the London Business School will be the opening keynote speaker at its second U.S. conference taking place on May 15-16 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

One of the world's leading experts on business strategy according to Fortune and the Co-founder of The Management Lab and the Management Information eXchange, Hamel will address attendees with his keynote entitled: 'Humanocracy', where he will explain the how of unleashing the latent entrepreneurial energy that exists deep within large, established organizations.


Hamel's keynote will warn the audience that overly grand, top-down programs will almost surely fail.  Despite the fascination of policy-makers and pundits with the Valley's unique capacity for "disruption," the real challenge, as he will highlight, isn't creating more entrepreneurial enclaves, but infusing the spirit of innovation in organizations.
