MCLEAN, Va., April 05, 2016 -- Gladstone Commercial Corporation (NASDAQ:GOOD) (“Gladstone Commercial”) announced today that its property located at 717 East Parmer Lane in Austin, Texas has earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (“EPA’s”) ENERGY STAR certification for 2015. This designation signifies that the building performs in the top 25 percent of similar facilities nationwide for energy efficiency and meets strict energy efficiency performance levels set by the EPA.
The property is one of 11 General Motors facilities that has earned the ENERGY STAR certification for superior energy efficiency from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
