BURLINGTON, Mass., Nov. 06, 2017 -- Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLIN), a provider in cloud-based Web Content Management, eCommerce and Marketing Automation services, announced today that a global logistics company has selected Bridgeline to expand their B2B eCommerce initiatives.
The Fortune 100 company – with over $60 billion in revenue – is one of the largest private employers in the United States. While this is the first engagement between the two, Bridgeline already provides one of the company’s subsidiaries with eCommerce and franchise SaaS services that increased sales by 20%.
Bridgeline will deliver a self-service, B2B eCommerce solution powered by the Bridgeline Unbound platform. Bridgeline Unbound will improve the customer experience by providing a dynamic product catalog with robust search and faceted filtering capabilities, in addition to an efficient order entry and fulfillment process. The new site will reduce internal costs associated with the manual processes related to taking and fulfilling orders, as well as use native marketing automation to drive user engagement and conversion. Additionally, the platform is scalable for future global expansion in a PCI Level 1 certified environment for handling secure eCommerce transactions. This engagement includes a 3-year SaaS license subscription with a total value of license and professional services over $500,000.
“Bridgeline’s Unbound Commerce platform offers a unique, end-to-end solution that significantly improves business processes and ROI,” said Ari Kahn, Bridgeline's President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are poised to support our customer in driving its business transformation and innovation while also expanding its global online eCommerce footprint,” added Kahn.
