On December 8, Google launched a new flagship product from its Pixel product line. According to Google CEO Sundar Pichai, the new Pixel C is a step to help the transition from desktop computing with mobile computing, Information Week reports.
Now available on Google’s online store, residents in the UK can now purchase this powerful tablet for GBP399 for a 32GB model, while the 64GB configuration is being sold for GBP479, Endgadget said. However, fans who wish to pick up the regular or folio keyboard would need to shell an extra GBP119. It’s a little bit pricier as compared to the retail prices in the US at USD499 and USD599 for 32GB and 64GB respectively, and USD149 for the keyboard variants.
According to its specs, the Pixel C comes with a high-resolution, 10.2-inch display, Graphics horsepower and stereo speakers, and is designed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Google guarantees that the Pixel C offers 10+ hours of battery life, and will receive regular security and feature updates.
