The Bank’s Houston branches will reopen for customer business tomorrow, Thursday, August 31st. Additionally, the Bank is offering financial services to its customers in this difficult time, including:

- One-time penalty free CD withdrawal2
- Special assistance for consumer residential loan customers impacted by flooding3
