“Grey's Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 9 is heavily awaited by fans as the previous episode ended in major cliffhangers. It also marked the end of the first half of this installment, which means that episode nine will not be coming out this year.
Last season, the first half of season 14 ended on Nov. 16, 2017, and the second half returned on Jan. 18, 2018. It’s likely that ABC will handle “Grey's Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 9 the same way. There are a lot to look forward to in the second half as major revelations, budding relationships, and awkward encounters are to be expected next year.
For instance, Nico (Alex Landi) and Levi (Jake Borelli) officially became a couple although no one knows about the relationship just yet. Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and DeLuca (Giacamo Gianniotti) were trapped in an elevator. And Maggie (Kelly McCreary) was about to tell Jackson (Jesse Williams) the worsening condition of his mother. “Grey's Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 9 certainly has a lot of loose ends to tie up and other plotlines to expand.
But the story arc that really has a lot of potential to produce heart-wrenching and bittersweet moments is the love triangle between Owen (Kevin McKidd), Teddy (Kim Raver), and Amelia (Caterina Scorsone). Fans of the medical drama already know that Teddy is carrying the child of Owen. However, Owen is now romantically involved with Amelia. How will the former chief of surgery handle these complications when Teddy finally reveals that she’s carrying Owen’s child in “Grey's Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 9?
Although Owen does know that Teddy is pregnant, he still doesn’t have any idea that it’s his kid. Of course, Amelia is also in the dark. To further complicate matters, Amelia said that she wants to apply as the official foster mom of Betty (Peyton Kennedy). While all these are unfolding, Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital is swarmed by injured patients caused by the windstorm that’s buffeting Seattle. “Grey's Anatomy” Season 15 Episode 9 will also be dealing with a power outage as the gale has knocked down a utility pole that plunged the medical facility in darkness.
