The hit TV series ‘Grimm’ has yet again wowed the fans and exceeded the expectations of everyone with how well their 100th episode was received by people.
David Giuntoli who plays Nick on the show, spoke to Los Angeles Times last week about the 100th episode, saying that there were highs and lows of the show, but they had to work on it each episode.
He explained, "People ask me what it's like to reach 100 episodes, but really, 'Grimm' has always been a fighter. There are no movie stars on our show. We've never been a shoe-in. We've had to fight for our ratings and fight for our seasons."
Now on to the pressing topic of the moment, the show released a teaser trailer for tonight’s episode and it sure will be a good one.
Titled "Silence of the Slams," the official synopsis posted on TV.com, it reads, "An ancient Wesen warrior tradition finds its way into the modern world of Luchador wrestling thanks to a local maskmaker. As Nick, Hank, Monroe and Rosalee try to put a stop to the bloodshed that is taking place, Capt. Renard mulls over an offer that could bring him closer to claiming his destiny. Meanwhile, new questions are raised as a result of Eve's snooping around."
Judging from the name itself, Nick and his team will be fighting off a bad guy that will totally silence them up as they are being attacked.
Nick, Hank, Monroe and Rosalee will once again try to halt evil in Wesen as they hunt down a maskmaker that will create a lot of trouble. Based on the promotional video, the new antagonist will be creating Luchador masks, which happen to have powers transferrable to whoever wears it. This will give the wearer unimaginable strength and totally make things difficult for the team.
Excited what will happen? Find out as “Grimm” season 5 airs every Friday at 9 p.m. on NBC.
