(OTCQB:GRWG), GrowGeneration ("GrowGen" or the "Company"), one of the largest specialty retail hydroponic and organic gardening store chains, selling to both the commercial and home cannabis markets, with currently 9 locations in Colorado, 2 location in California, 1 location in Washington and 1 location in Las Vegas, NV., today announced that it has signed a 2-year lease in Boulder, CO for its 3rd store in the Denver Metro market. The Boulder location will serve as retail and warehouse location and will service the growing number of both commercial and home growers in the Boulder market. Further, the Company is in the process of consolidating its Castle Rock store with its Denver South store.
GrowGeneration Continues Aggressive Colorado Expansion
Colorado continues to present significant growth opportunities for GrowGen in the legal cannabis market. According to New Frontier Analytics, the Colorado market for both medical and adult-use cannabis will grow from $1.2B in 2016 to over $2.0B by 2020. Colorado now has over 750 licensed cultivation facilities throughout the state.
