On October 3, the birthday of Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton tweeted a sweet birthday greeting to his girlfriend. He wants the world to know how lucky he is to be the boyfriend of No Doubt vocalist.
Truly they love each other, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton are excitingly planning for a long and loving future together. There have been rumors that the couple could already be married, there’s been no official confirmation yet from them. Many news outlets think the two will announce their plan soon.
