Tenaris S.A. expects fourth-quarter revenue to increase close to 10% as higher volumes support sales, with an EBITDA margin forecast near 25%. Management said the additional volume should improve cost absorption.

The outlook allows for continued weakness across the Middle East, including Qatar’s LNG market. Tenaris also cited energy, raw-material, logistics and tariff costs as concerns.

Tenaris expects U.S. demand to increase, with low inventories and new anti-dumping margins offering market support. Management said pricing remains uncertain.

The projection builds on the company’s earlier fourth-quarter growth outlook following its third-quarter results.
