Shanna began her career in hospitality after she graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. During the course of her career, she worked with many established brands, including Marriott, Hyatt and Holiday Inn. Prior to joining the Holiday Inn Charlotte University team, Shanna held the title of Travel Sales Manager, Director of Catering, and Sales Manager at her previous places of employment.
Shanna's in-depth knowledge and professional experience ensures success to the property as well as exceptional guest services. In her free time, Shanna enjoys live music, sports, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Shanna believes that the key to happiness is excitement for the future, and she is very excited to begin her journey with Holiday Inn Charlotte University.
