HOLLAND, Mich., April 17, 2017 -- Holland, the leader in Central and Southeastern next-day delivery, has been named 2016 LTL Carriers’ Platinum Award winner by Echo Global Logistics (Echo), a leading transportation management provider. This prestigious award recognizes companies for outstanding less-than-truckload (LTL) services. Holland has earned honors from Echo seven times in the last eight years, including its second consecutive year winning the Platinum Award.
“I want to thank Echo Global Logistics for extending this honor to Holland and for our long-standing partnership,” said Holland President Scott Ware. “Customer satisfaction is only possible when each member of our team comes together to get the job done. The many hardworking men and women of Team Holland take great pride in delivering the utmost in service and quality. We are incredibly pleased to receive such generous recognition for those efforts.”
Given to a select few carriers annually, this award recognizes strategic regional LTL carriers who have demonstrated outstanding service, commitment and performance to Echo’s customers and employees. Quality, communication, invoice accuracy, claims, customer service, responsiveness, online experience and training were all reviewed when determining award recipients.
“Representing Holland to the 3PLs is truly a pleasure, knowing that, when we commit to a new piece of business, we will deliver on our promise to the customer,” said Gene Horas, Echo Corporate Account Executive. “Everyone from the president down to the front-line operations team are fully engaged in providing best-of-class service.”
