At the IBM Tech Summit Seoul 2023, IBM introduced its innovative Watsonx AI platform, designed to streamline generative AI integration for enterprises. The Watsonx platform comprises three key solutions: Watson.ai, Watson.data, and Watson.governance. Watson.ai enables users to develop, execute, and deploy machine learning-based AI models, while Watson.data equips organizations with the necessary technology for AI adoption.

Using IBM AIOps solutions, LG CNS provided examples of how businesses can optimize cloud services and significantly reduce costs through their FinOps Clinic service.
