Jennifer Garner is said to be fuming mad at Ben Affleck and the reason is supposedly his alleged new ladylove, Ana de Armas. It was made to appear that the actress did not like the fact that he is dating his “Deep Water” co-star.
Reason for Jen’s anger
As per Heat magazine, the “Peppermint” star got wind of the news that her ex-husband is dating again and the woman is his co-star. It was said that Garner found out about the romance after seeing their vacation photos in Costa Rica and Cuba that took place not long ago.
A source allegedly stated that Garner is upset over Affleck’s dating because he just said in an interview that one of the things that he is regretting is letting his wife go. It can be recalled that the actor sat down for an interview with The New York Times in February and he opened up about his divorce and alcohol addiction.
"The biggest regret of my life is this divorce," he told the paper. "Shame is really toxic. There is no positive byproduct of shame. It's just stewing in a toxic, hideous feeling of low self-worth and self-loathing."
Despite saying this, the source said that Garner felt used because it has not been long when he said this but now he is being candid about his rumored relationship with de Armas. The so-called source stated that the mother of three thinks it is unfair that Ben is talking openly about his romance with someone else.
“Jen feels heartbroken and humiliated,” the tipster said. “She feels completely used by Ben in order to repair his image and promote his movie ‘The Way Back.’ While he was giving all these interviews, saying how much he regretted hurting her, he was having fun with Ana.”
The truth
Gossip Cop immediately set out to investigate and confirm whether the Heat report is true or false. Upon investigation, the fact-checking site learned that the story is incorrect.
Someone close to the actress told the publication that Jennifer Garner is not upset over Ben Affleck’s love life if it is indeed true that he is dating again. Besides, the actress herself is dating someone for a few years already and they have obviously moved on with their lives after their divorce was finalized.
