Kathryn has over 15 years of experience as a consultant, coach, facilitator, and instructor in the areas of leadership, team and talent development, behavioral health and wellness, and organizational transformation. She has worked globally across numerous industries including technology, construction, architecture and engineering, healthcare, and education. Her experience spans working with early-stage companies to Fortune 500 organizations.
