Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx recently “admitted” their dating status after appearing on the red carpet and having their couple photo taken during the Met Gala earlier this month. The two just publicly confirmed their five-year relationship with that single appearance, finally putting an end to the gossips about the real score between them.
Jamie’s daughter, Corrine, also confirmed her dad’s and Suri Cruise’s mom’s relationship by commenting about it for the first time. In her interview with People via Page Six, she said, “They are so great and Katie is always so chic. They were wonderful.”
The 25-year-old beauty added, “It was my dad’s first Met Gala. They are really good, really great.”
Now, two weeks after the historic public appearance together, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were rarely spotted together anymore. It seems that after telling everyone that, “Yes, we are dating,” they felt assured, so they went on with their own schedules now.
According to The Daily Mail, Holmes has been spending time alone in New York while her beau Jamie is out somewhere in Los Angeles and having a great time with his daughter Corrine and some of his close friends.
The “Dawson’s Creek” actress was seen in the streets of NY, and she seemed to have many activities as he was spotted wearing different outfits in the morning and in the afternoon. Katie Holmes looks stylish in her long spring dress in the morning, and later she changed into a loose blouse and jeans. It is not clear where the actress is heading on both times in the same day.
On the other hand, Jamie Foxx was said to have attended director F Gary Gray's Walk Of Fame ceremony in Hollywood. The 51-year-old actor graced the event with Vin Diesel, and afterward, he did not go back to New York to be with Katie but met up with Corrine instead.
Then again, while Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have not been spending time since the Met Gala, their relationship is still going strong. The pair is used to having a long distance relationship anyway, as they have been in this kind of set up for a long time now.
