Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are back in the headlines and this time the rumor involves the former’s ex-husband, Tom Cruise. It was reported that Keith and Tom recently had a meeting and they kept this a secret from Nicole. However, she supposedly eventually found out and was furious about it.
To be more specific, it was mentioned that Keith Urban and Tom Cruise secretly met up in London. Based on the report, when the “Mission Impossible” actor learned that Keith was performing in the said city for his “Graffiti U” tour, he quickly contacted the country star and asked to meet up with him.
The rumor alleged that Tom Cruise reached out to Nicole Kidman’s current husband to discuss his and his ex-wife’s adopted son Connor’s move to Florida, near the Church of Scientology’s headquarters. It was said that Nicole does not want their son to be involved with the controversial church so she was trying to dissuade her son.
Tom Cruise allegedly wanted to talk to Keith Urban to stop Nicole from getting involved with Connor’s decision because he also wants to reconnect with his son.
“Tom is desperate to rebuild family connections, as well as dissuade Nicole from getting herself involved in something potentially dangerous,” the source supposedly said. Now, upon learning about this, Nicole reportedly got mad at Keith for not telling her about the meeting first.
“Keith insisted he was doing it in her best interests and he wanted nothing more than for his girls to grow up with a happy family dynamic and have a relationship with their half-siblings,” the source added.
Now, Gossip Cop is debunking this story and calls it “bogus” news. The publication already confirmed last month that Nicole Kidman did not do anything to dissuade Connor. She was not trying to save him from Scientology and this information came straight from the actress’s rep.
In conclusion, Tom Cruise and Keith Urban never met in London and the former did not even try to reach out to the musician. Thus, it is not true that Nicole Kidman got mad at her husband.
