SAN DIEGO, March 28, 2016 -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its Defense & Rocket Support Services (DRSS) Division is a key member of the Trabus Technologies, Inc. team that was awarded a $7,419,653 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting SSC Pacific Code 551. Under this contract the team will provide engineering, technical and programmatic services for airborne communication and networking systems, and associated certification and information assurance for new development, current operations and planned upgrades. This contract includes two one-year option periods, which if exercised, would bring the total contract value to $12,597,022. The contract period of performance including options runs through March 2019.

In addition to supporting SATCOM systems, Kratos' DRSS Division is a premier provider of ballistic missile target systems, weapons systems support, engineering, design, analysis, and integration support services, including complex system and subsystem development and full lifecycle support. Major programs Kratos' DRSS Division supports include Electromagnetic Railgun, Hypersonic Systems, High Power Directed Energy Systems, Battle Force Tactical Trainer, Ship Self Defense System, Chaparral, HAWK and Avenger.
