Krispy Kreme Celebrates Team USA with $1 Donuts and Special 'GO USA' Dozen for Olympics
Krispy Kreme is gearing up to support Team USA at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
To celebrate the start of the Games, the donut brand offers fans any donut for just $1 each on July 31. The best part? The in-shop-only deal is unlimited.
The cheap sweets continue the next day. On August 1, Krispy Kreme rewards members can snag a $1 original glazed donut with no limit. This offer is available in-store, on the app, and on the website.
As part of a festive couple of days of deals, Krispy Kreme is dishing out a limited-time "GO USA" dozen featuring three different flavors to cheer on Team USA.
The Go USA donut is an original glazed donut dipped in white icing and decorated with blue and red stripes and golden sprinkles, paying homage to the American flag.
According to People, Krispy Kreme’s next patriotic donut is the chocolate iced glazed with sprinkles. It’s dipped in chocolate icing and adorned with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
Rounding out the collection is, of course, an original glazed donut.
Krispy Kreme Debuts Paris-Inspired Donuts for Summer Games with Crème Brûlée, Éclair, and Raspberry Flavors
Earlier in July, the bakery chain introduced three donuts inspired by French desserts in honor of the Summer Games. The Passport to Paris collection features the Crème Brûlée donut, Double Chocolate Éclair donut, and the Raspberry and Vanilla Crème donut.
The Crème Brûlée donut mimics the classic crunch of the custard dessert. An unglazed donut is filled with crème brûlée-flavored cream before being dipped in caramel icing and crispy, caramelized sugar toppings.
The Double Chocolate Éclair donut is perfect for chocolate lovers. This chocolate custard-filled unglazed donut is covered in chocolate icing and topped with chocolate pearls.
The Raspberry and Vanilla Crème donut is the only glazed donut. The pink-tinted treat has raspberry icing, cookie pieces, and vanilla cream.
